Tianda Holdings set up Gansu Tianda Mining Ltd. in Gansu in 2008 which is engaged in the exploration and exploitation of nonferrous metal resources and investment holding in Gansu province. Its parent company, Tianda Mining (Gansu) Ltd., is owned as to 51% and 49% by Tianda Holdings and Tianda Group respectively. Currently, Tianda Mining Ltd. holds 60% equity interest in Gansu Maqu Tianda Gold Mining Ltd. |
