Yunnan Enterprises is the controlling shareholder of Yunnan Mengsheng Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. with a shareholding of 55%. Incorporated in Kunming, Yunnan in 1995, Yunnan Mengsheng is engaged in the business of research and development, manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products. The key products include "Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection", "Vinpocetine for Injection", "Aceglutamide for Injection", "Methionine and Vitamin B1 for Injection" and "Qishangzhen Oral Liquid".

In particular, "Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection" is of international standard and has a leading position in the PRC market. It has received positive feedback since its launch into the market and the sales volume has been fast-growing.

Yunnan Mengsheng will continue to expand its China market, explore and open up international markets to further the growth of sales volume. The Company will also strengthen its research and development capability, develop a more diversified product portfolio to increase its competitiveness and profitability.
