Yunnan Enterprises Holdings Limited (“Yunnan Enterprises" or “the Company”), headquartered in Hong Kong and listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 00455), is a conglomerate with businesses ranging from pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, mining and energy to packaging and printing.

Tianda Group Limited (“Tianda Group”) is the controlling shareholder of Yunnan Enterprises with a direct shareholding of 50.86%. Also headquartered in Hong Kong, Tianda Group has regional headquarters in Sydney, Australia and Shenzhen, the PRC. Tianda Group primarily focuses on developing the health industries, in particular the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industries. In addition, Tianda Group is dedicated to the investment in and development of mining, energy and other natural resources, as well as international trade, property holding and development, and printing and packaging.

Yunnan Enterprises is involved in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology businesses through its subsidiaries, which focus on the research and development, manufacture and sales of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products. The Company is also engaged in the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources, such as base metals e.g. copper, lead and zinc; precious metal e.g. gold; and phosphorus etc. Yunnan Enterprises also invests in packaging and printing business and will seek expansion through equity swap or restructuring etc.
