Xundian county of Yunnan Province is abundant in different kinds of mineral resources. Leveraging on this opportunity, Yunnan Enterprises set up its wholly owned subsidiary, Xundian Jinyuan Mining Ltd., to invest in the exploitation of mineral resources in Xundian, Yunnan Province.

The Company also has a phosphorus mining project in Xundian, Yunnan Province. Site inspections indicate that the project area has potential phosphorous deposits of large- to medium-sizes.
